Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial construction projects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and property consultants.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and project trends.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations to clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the project and marketing teams for smooth execution of client requirements.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and periodic reports for management.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in

      sales/business development

      in the

      construction, builders, or real estate sector.


    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

    • Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent follow-up and closing skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
