Position: Business Development Manager
Domain: Infrastructure & Sustainable Solutions (Roads, Urban Infrastructure, Environmental Projects)
Location: Andheri West (Near DN Nagar Metro Station)
Notice Period: Immediate / 15–30 Days

Education :
· B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience :
§ 3–8 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales within civil, infrastructure, or environmental sectors
§ Proven track record in government or semi-government projects is highly desirable
§ Exposure to road/highway and urban infrastructure projects, tendering, and bid management
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Client Engagement
§ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in civil, road, and urban infrastructure projects
§ Engage with government departments, consultants, EPC firms, and decision-makers
§ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
2. Technical & Proposal Coordination
§ Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customized solutions
§ Prepare and deliver professional techno-commercial presentations
§ Analyse client tenders, RFPs, and project requirements to align with company capabilities
3. Tendering & Bidding
§ Lead preparation and submission of bids as per tender specifications
§ Attend pre-bid meetings and represent the company professionally
§ Ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements
4. Account Management & Reporting
§ Track and report sales activities, project pipelines, and business performance
§ Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
5. Stakeholder Coordination
§ Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and internal teams to deliver client-specific solutions
§ Maintain continuous communication with clients for project updates and follow-ups
Required Skills & Competencies:
§ Strong business development skills in civil, road, or infrastructure sectors
§ Technical understanding of road, highway, and urban infrastructure projects
§ Knowledge of civil engineering concepts including pile foundations, geo-grids, and structural systems
§ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
§ Ability to prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations
§ Strong networking, relationship-building, and client-handling abilities
§ Professional, self-driven, and target-oriented personality
Preferred Experience:
§ Proven track record in government/semi-government infrastructure projects
§ Experience in road/highway and urban infrastructure projects is highly desirable
§ Exposure to tendering, bidding, and project execution
