Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new clients by opening CXO conversations and closing deals. • Drive revenue by owning and meeting ambitious sales targets • Build relationships with decision makers in HR, Procurement, Finance, and Shared Services functions • Source leads proactively rather than relying on marketing lists • Pitch and win through sharp, tailored proposals with delivery teams • Build firm’s presence at HR Tech and Shared Services forums • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking and reporting through CRM
Must-have Skills:
• Proven track record in new client acquisition (HR Tech, SaaS, Consulting or Shared Services) • Strong consultative selling at CHRO/CFO/CPO/Shared Services leadership level • Skilled in negotiation, deal structuring, and closing contracts • Hunter mindset: resilience, persistence, and ability to thrive under pressure • Excellent communication and executive presence
