Role Overview:

Network Administrator L1

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor network traffic and performance.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (e.g., IP conflicts).
• Assist in configuring routers, switches, firewalls.
• Log and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Provide user support for network-related queries.
• Maintain documentation of network setups and procedures.
• Monitor and apply basic network security measures.
• Generate reports on network health and incidents.

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate/bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
• 1–3 years of experience in networking or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, ServiceNow.
• Certifications like Network+, CCNA/CCNP, or Cloud Associate (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on-call support.

Note: the role will be 12 months payroll with Grant thornton and then moved to client payrolls
