Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the SaaS / B2B space.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors/masters degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 58 years of proven experience in Business Development in the SaaS / B2B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS products, subscription models, and the software industry ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
