Key requirements Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry directories, forums). Qualify leads based on company criteria and prepare lead lists for outreach. Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns for prospecting and nurturing leads. Design email content aligned with sales goals and track campaign performance. Maintain and update the email database to ensure accurate targeting. B2B Sales Support: Assist in developing and executing B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients. Prepare proposals and sales decks in collaboration with the sales team. Follow up with leads via email, calls, or virtual meetings to move them through the sales funnel. Market Research: Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify business opportunities. Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies and messaging. CRM Management: Update and maintain CRM systems with lead and client information. Track lead progress and report performance metrics to the sales manager. Key Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
