Business Growth Intern

As a Business Growth Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by directly engaging with customers and building strong relationships. Your main responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. - Inviting customers to visit our Experience Centre and explaining the value proposition. - Engaging with walk-in customers at the Experience Centre to ensure a positive experience. - Collecting feedback and providing valuable insights to the team for process improvement. - Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and visit schedules. - Supporting business development and marketing initiatives as required. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfort with phone-based conversations. - A confident and customer-first mindset. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
