Role Overview: As a Business Growth Intern at our company, you will play a proactive and enthusiastic role in engaging with customers and driving growth through relationship-building. Your primary focus will be on reaching out to potential and existing customers, inviting them to our Experience Centre, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our brand. - Invite customers to visit our Experience Centre and effectively communicate the value proposition. - Engage with walk-in customers at the Experience Centre, ensuring a pleasant and informative experience. - Gather feedback from customers and provide valuable insights to the team for process improvement. - Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and visit schedules. - Provide support for business development and marketing initiatives as required. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. - Comfortable with phone-based conversations to convey the brand's message clearly. - Possess a confident, customer-first mindset to prioritize customer satisfaction. - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field to understand the business dynamics better.
