Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include creating and executing strategies to foster growth, providing insights on market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities and achieve targets.
• Effective communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills to build and maintain strong client connections.
• Knowledge of financial services, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, Tax Planning, Fixed Deposits, and Loans.
• Analytical and strategic-thinking abilities with proficiency in data interpretation and market analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools to support business presentations and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services or a similar industry is a significant advantage.
