Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager specializing in Mutual Funds and Financial Services for a full-time on-site role based in Pune. The role involves overseeing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving customer acquisition efforts. The manager will develop and execute campaigns, deliver exceptional customer support, and work closely with clients to identify and meet financial goals. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, tax planning, insurance, and overall financial services
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Proficiency in market trend analysis, financial planning, and performance reporting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• AMFI/NISM certification and prior experience in the financial services sector are preferred
