Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team. He/she will be responsible for bulding distribution for their specific zones identifying areas to capture market share, hire & train teams. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales of all SKU of the brand for the assigned Zone

2. Create Super-stockist ,distributors & key accounts for the assigned cities.

3. Sales promotion within sales policies framework.

4. Product launch/ relaunch to establish product in market & achieve/ exceed defined sales targets

5. Hiring & training sales team.

6. Ensure commercial discipline in the assigned area.

7. Developing dealer and distributor network.

8. Relationship building & coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.

9.Collection and compilation of relevant Business & competitor information from market

10. Respondible for P& L of the assigned zone

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experienced in FMCG industry, preferred in Beverages.
  • Experience 8-12 yrs
