Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Department: Sales & Business Development Industry: EdTech (School ERP Solutions) Job Overview: Franciscan Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for our School ERP Software. The role requires extensive fieldwork, engaging with schools and educational institutions through door-to-door marketing, cold calling, and direct meetings with decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify potential schools and educational institutions that can benefit from our ERP solutions. • Door-to-Door Marketing: Conduct direct visits to schools, meet with principals, administrators, and decision-makers to pitch the ERP software. • Sales & Client Acquisition: Present, demonstrate, and sell the ERP solution by highlighting key features and benefits to school management. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school authorities to ensure long-term business associations. • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and finalize deals in alignment with company policies. • Follow-Ups & Reporting: Regularly follow up on prospects, track sales progress, and maintain detailed reports of client interactions and conversions. • Sales Targets & Performance: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. Requirements & Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, direct sales, or EdTech marketing (Experience in selling school ERP is a plus). • Skills Required: • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and handle field sales. • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills. • Basic understanding of school operations and ERP software. • Other Requirements: • Willingness to travel extensively. • Proficiency in using CRM tools for sales tracking.
