Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic plans, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, attending networking events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Pipeline Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the franchise industry is a plus
