ITSS Global is seeking a proactive and articulate Business Development Manager to join our growth team in India. The ideal candidate will have strong written and spoken communication skills, experience in lead generation through modern channels, and a solid understanding of CRM systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to prospecting, pipeline development, and collaboration on client proposals and sales documentation.
· Generate qualified leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct prospecting.
· Manage and update leads and interactions in the CRM system.
· Research banking and financial institutions to identify business opportunities aligned with ITSS offerings.
· Draft and personalize outbound messages to initiate client engagement.
· Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support proposal writing, presentations, and contract documentation.
· Assist in nurturing leads through multiple touchpoints and move them through the sales funnel.
· Prepare regular lead reports and contribute to sales planning.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in IT, SaaS, or FinTech.
· Mandatory experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
· Strong experience in cold emailing, LinkedIn InMail, and digital outreach.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Exposure to client proposals and contract coordination is a strong advantage.
· Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized.
· Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders.
· Strong ownership and execution mindset.
· Goal-oriented and comfortable working with performance targets.
· Collaborative, responsive, and adaptable to a fast-paced team environment.
· Be part of high-impact digital banking transformation initiatives.
· Exposure to international clients, CXO-level interactions, and cross-functional growth.
· Performance-driven culture with clear pathways for professional development.
