Job Summary

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct prospecting.
• Manage and update leads and interactions in the CRM system.
• Research banking and financial institutions to identify business opportunities aligned with ITSS offerings.
• Draft and personalize outbound messages to initiate client engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support proposal writing, presentations, and contract documentation.
• Assist in nurturing leads through multiple touchpoints and move them through the sales funnel.
• Prepare regular lead reports and contribute to sales planning.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in IT, SaaS, or FinTech.

• Mandatory experience working with CRM tools

  (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Strong experience in

  cold emailing, LinkedIn InMail, and digital outreach

  .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to

  client proposals and contract coordination

  is a strong advantage.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized.
