We’re looking for a results-driven sales leader with experience in fitness studios, gyms, or retail sales to join Fika Fitness and lead sales across our 3 branches. What You ’ ll Do at Fika Fitness: 🔹 Own the sales function end-to-end — leads, conversions, and revenue growth 🔹 Manage and coach our sales team to hit monthly targets consistently 🔹 Implement sales processes, CRM follow-ups, and conversion scripts 🔹 Collaborate with trainers and branch managers to improve customer onboarding 🔹 Drive new member acquisition and retention strategies Who You < /strong>Are: ✔ Proven track record in fitness or retail sales management ✔ Skilled at team leadership and driving high conversion rates ✔ Data-driven with a knack for process optimization ✔ Passionate about fitness and delivering great customer experience Location : Chennai (with visits to all branches)Salary: C ompetitive + performance incentives If you’v e successfully led sales teams in fitness or retail and want to be part of an expanding brand, let’s connect!
