Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and generate leads in target industries (e.g., IT, Telecom, Government, Manufacturing). Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure client needs are met through effective communication with technical teams. Manage post-sales follow-ups to foster long-term partnerships. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals. Vendor & Partner Coordination: Collaborate with OEMs, technology partners, and vendors to craft competitive solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and solutions in the IT space. Reporting & Metrics: Track and report sales metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates). Provide regular forecasts and insights to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Candidates with Business & IT acumen willing to learn with go-getter attitude are will be considered Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
