Role Description

This is a remote full-time role for a Business Development Manager at 𝙁𝘼𝘼𝙈𝙂.𝘥𝘦𝘷. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager specializing in Pre-Sales to support our growth in the IT services sector. This role focuses on forging new customer relationships, understanding complex requirements, and driving end-to-end pre-sales activities from lead qualification to solution presentation.

Responsibilities:

✔ Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in high-end software development and IT staff augmentation.

✔ Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions and proposals.

✔ Prepare and deliver engaging client presentations, product demonstrations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.

✔ Act as a key point of contact for prospective clients throughout the pre-sales process, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

✔ Develop effective sales strategies, leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis.

✔ Work closely with Business Development, Delivery, and Recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to project execution

✔ Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, decision makers, and client stakeholders.

✔ Maintain accurate records of business development activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience into IT Services industry is a must
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with market development and strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other business development tools
  • Familiarity with the tech industry and startup environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
