Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete Sales Cycle Management:
  • Drive end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure, including identifying leads, qualifying prospects, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
  • Create and manage a detailed sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and conversions.
  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients, ensuring a strong and diverse client base.
  • Utilize various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, etc.) to generate leads and build relationships.
  • International Client Handling:
  • Manage and build long-term relationships with international clients across different regions.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support to international clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Client Retention & Account Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services/products.
  • Regularly check in with clients to review performance, solicit feedback, and discuss any new requirements.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  • Exhibition Industry Knowledge (Advantageous):
  • Leverage previous exhibition industry experience to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and create strategic partnerships.
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and managing exhibition participation, ensuring that the company’s offerings are effectively showcased.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align on strategies and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to overall business growth strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
