About The Opportunity

We operate in the live events and exhibitions sector, delivering large-scale trade shows, B2B expos and experiential brand activations across India. This is an on-site, revenue-focused sales role that sits at the intersection of events, sponsorship sales and client relationship management.Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand exhibitor and sponsor portfolios for national trade shows and regional exhibitions across India.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle: prospecting, proposal creation, negotiation, contract closure and revenue collection to meet aggressive targets.
  • Own key accounts and nurture long-term relationships to increase retention, upsell opportunities and repeat participation year-over-year.
  • Maintain and update pipeline in CRM, generate accurate sales forecasts and report weekly/monthly performance to leadership.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing and production teams to ensure flawless onsite delivery and a superior exhibitor experience.
  • Represent the company at industry forums and on-site events; gather market intelligence and convert insights into commercial opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Proven track record in exhibition or events sales with demonstrable revenue achievements.
  • Strong B2B sales and key account management experience focused on sponsorships and booth sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales pipeline management (Salesforce or Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, proposal development and contract-closing capability.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel extensively across India for events and client meetings.
  • Comfortable working to targets and participating in onsite event delivery (weekends/odd hours during shows).

Preferred

  • Existing network of contacts within the exhibitions, trade association or corporate marketing teams.
  • Experience selling large sponsorship packages or multi-market activation deals.
  • Exposure to international trade shows or cross-border exhibitor management.
