Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Business Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Identify target markets including

    EV OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, gig factories, and automation integrators

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Present automation solutions, business cases, ROI, and process improvement impact.

Technical & Proposal Coordination

  • Work closely with engineering, costing, and project teams to create

    technical-commercial proposals (TC, BOQ, layout, solution concept)

    .
  • Lead RFP/RFQ response and negotiation cycles.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Track EV automation trends

Sales Closure & Revenue Delivery

  • Manage full sales lifecycle: lead demo design review negotiation closure.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Knowledge Must Include:

  • EV Manufacturing automation
  • Robotics & PLC-based automation solutions
  • Battery pack/module assembly lines
  • Testing systems (EOL testers, leakage testing, safety/functional testing)
  • MES, Industry 4.0 (preferred)
