Job Summary:


We are seeking a highlymotivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and focus on supporting our US FieldSales team in driving growthin the US offshoremarket. The idealcandidate will have a proventrack record in SaaS sales,with a focus on building strongclient relationships, exceeding sales targets, and implementing innovative strategies to boost revenue.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand our presence in the US offshore market, in close collaboration with the US Field Sales team.
  • Identify and generatenew leads throughvarious channels, includingcold calling, email marketing, social selling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and technical teams, to ensure alignment and drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including supporting conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in business development.



Requirements:


  • bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the US Offshore market.
  • Proven track record of exceedingsales targets and driving revenuegrowth in the US market.
  • Experience in using Lead Generation tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based I Marketing) Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped sales incentives based ontarget achievement.
