We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Developemnet Manager to help drive our continued success. Position: Business Developemnet Manager – For Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings / Technological Structures Reporting Location: New Alipore, Kolkata Work Location: Kolkata (WB) & Entire North-East Region Salary Range: INR 50,000/- to 56,000/- Job Responsibilities: · The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience preferably in the same industry. Must have knowledge of project sales for Pre-Fabricated steel structures i.e. sheds for Plants, Factories, and Warehouses. · Candidates with a technical background such as B.E., B-tech, M-tech, and Diploma in Mechanical will be an added advantage. · Ready to accept minimum order commitments and a strong drive to achieve targets set by the company. · Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote our steel structure products, with a primary focus on pre-engineered steel buildings. · Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. · Ability to Understand client needs and provide solutions that aligns with our product offerings. Respond to RFQs and RFIs with comprehensive, well-written responses. · Focus on enhancement of brand recognition and increase market presence. Must be strong at Generating Leads and converting them into Orders. · Keep up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a strong knowledge of our product line and competitor offerings. · Prepare and submit techno commercial offers, and understand the complete tendering process.
