Job Description

In this role at Elite Weddings, you will be responsible for identifying and converting high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients into long-term customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders such as venues, luxury brands, influencers, wedding vendors, and planners to generate consistent referrals. - Developing and executing tailored business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. - Representing Elite Weddings at luxury events, expos, trade shows, and networking platforms to promote brand awareness. - Establishing strategic partnerships with luxury service providers, hospitality groups, and influencers to enhance offerings and reach. - Analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform decision-making and spot new opportunities. - Conceptualizing and designing decor setups and being part of the team during execution on site. - Working closely with internal planning and creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project handover after acquisition. - Demonstrating proven experience of 3-5 years in business development or sales, preferably in luxury weddings, hospitality, or high-end services. - Possessing a strong network within the wedding or luxury events industry. - Exhibiting excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Being a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales acumen. - Understanding and catering to the unique tastes and preferences of luxury clients. - Showing proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Being willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours when required. Elite Weddings, established in 2010 in the West Midlands of the United Kingdom and launched in India in 2012 as Elite Weddings India LLP, plans, designs, and manages wedding celebrations for the Elite Class. Decor designing is their strength, and they document each part of the planning process. Each activity is planned, documented, discussed, and then delegated to the responsible person of their team, client, or vendors. They use online and print methods for planning, documenting, and tracking, emphasizing the importance of an efficient team and clear demarcation of responsibilities for successful execution. The office is located in Chhatarpur, and extensive traveling is required for this role.
