Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Elite Weddings India LLP, you will have the exciting opportunity to: - Identify and convert high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients into long-term customers - Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to generate consistent referrals - Develop and execute tailored business development strategies to achieve revenue targets - Represent Elite Weddings at luxury events, expos, trade shows, and networking platforms - Establish strategic partnerships with luxury service providers, hospitality groups, and influencers - Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to spot new opportunities - Conceptualize and design decor setups and be part of the team during execution on site - Work closely with internal planning and creative teams for seamless project handover Qualifications required for this role: - Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in luxury weddings or hospitality - Possess a strong network within the wedding or luxury events industry - Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales acumen - Understand and cater to the unique tastes and preferences of luxury clients - Show proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite - Be willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours when required (Note: The additional details about the company have been omitted from the Job Description.),
