About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify approach and convert high-net-worth individuals families and corporate clients into long-term customers 2. Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders such as venues luxury brands influencers wedding vendors and planners to generate consistent referrals 3. Develop and execute tailored business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets 4. Represent Elite Weddings at luxury events expos trade shows and networking platforms to promote brand awareness 5. Establish strategic partnerships with luxury service providers hospitality groups and influencers to enhance offerings and reach 6. Analyze industry trends competitor activities and client preferences to inform decision-making and spot new opportunities 7. Conceptualize and design decor setup and be part of the team during execution on site 8. Work closely with internal planning and creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project handover after acquisition 9. Demonstrate proven experience of 3-5 years in business development or sales preferably in luxury weddings hospitality or high-end services 10. Possess a strong network within the wedding or luxury events industry 11. Exhibit excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills 12. Be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales acumen 13. Understand and cater to the unique tastes and preferences of luxury clients 14. Show proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite 15. Be willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours when required Note: Our office is in Chhatarpur.
