The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development and Operations Manager with proven experience in the manpower outsourcing industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in business development roles within manpower services and a deep understanding of sourcing and placing high-end professionals across sectors such as banking, healthcare, education, and professional servicesboth in the UAE and internationally.This dual-role position combines strategic operations and business development, focusing on building strong client relationships, partnering with recruitment agencies, and delivering customized outsourcing solutions to prestigious organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Development & Growth
- Design and implement business strategies specifically targeting manpower outsourcing for high-skilled roles like bankers, doctors, educators, and professionals.
- Identify and pursue new outsourcing opportunities across sectors.
- Work closely with leadership to drive growth in line with company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with key clients in sectors such as banking, healthcare, and education.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation, offering tailored manpower solutions.
- Understand client pain points and deliver customized workforce outsourcing services to meet their unique needs.
3. Recruitment Agency & Partner Management
- Establish and maintain a solid network of manpower and recruitment agencies, talent acquisition partners, and regional staffing firms.
- Collaborate with agencies to source and deploy top-tier professionals for high-value outsourcing engagements.
- Ensure continuous talent pipeline by forming long-term partnerships with reliable sourcing partners.
4. Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Conduct market research to track trends in outsourcing, staffing needs, and industry-specific workforce demand.
- Provide insights and analysis to improve service offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
- Regularly update leadership with market developments and client expectations.
5. Sales Execution & Revenue Delivery
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions and account expansions.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for client needs.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular forecasts and reporting to leadership.
6. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Forge strategic alliances with vendors, service providers, and industry stakeholders to expand service capabilities.
- Work with partners to ensure placements are aligned with client standards and project objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the manpower outsourcing or recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully selling manpower solutions to high-profile clients.
- Strong network within recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and talent acquisition domains.
- In-depth knowledge of industries such as banking, healthcare, education, and professional services.
