Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, your role involves driving growth through identifying and acquiring new customers within the zone. Your responsibilities include market research, customer acquisition, relationship management, sales process management, and performance analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Prospecting and Customer Acquisition:** - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential customers, and growth opportunities in the zone. - Prospect potential customers from various channels such as Clinicians, Corporate hospitals, SIS, Franchisee partners, and Corporate Industry. - Reach out to a minimum of 200 new prospects monthly and generate at least 25 qualified leads per month. - **MSL Development and Management:** - Develop and update a Minimum Spend Level (MSL) of at least 150 potential customers quarterly for conversion and engagement. - Conduct at least 10 meetings with potential customers daily to nurture relationships and explore business opportunities. - **Customer Profiling and Needs Assessment:** - Create profiles of potential customers to understand their needs and identify pain points and business challenges. - Segment customers based on criteria to prioritize outreach efforts. - **Solution Offering:** - Create and present tailored solutions, products, and proposals addressing customer needs. - Collaborate with the Product and Centre of Excellence team to develop scientific content for effective communication. - **Account Management:** - Schedule regular follow-up visits with existing customers to review their needs and satisfaction levels. - Plan and execute business activities based on business needs and engage a minimum of 30% of MSL through such activities quarterly. - **Sales Process Management:** - Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract closure and post-sales follow-up. - Log all sales activities daily to track progress and analyze sales performance metrics. **Success Metrics:** - Generate at least 25 qualified leads monthly. - Conduct a minimum of 10 meetings with potential customers daily. - Achieve a 30% conversion rate on presented proposals. - Achieve a minimum of 75% MSL productivity. **Role Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in science or a related field. - Demonstrated success in sales and key account management, specifically in the Healthcare sector. - Strong customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to establish and nurture rapport with key clients. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. - Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development initiatives.,
