Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential student markets and demographics that align with the institution’s offerings.
  • Conduct and launch campaigns/workshops to attract high-potential candidates, maximizing enrolment numbers in line with institutional goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, educational institutions, agencies, and community organizations to enhance admissions opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies, industry trends, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including online and offline campaigns, partnerships, and outreach programs.
  • Identify admissions scope through innovative programs, partnerships, or new target audiences.
  • Use data insights to evaluate the success of different marketing and admissions strategies, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Ensure all admissions processes align with regulatory requirements, institutional policies, and ethical standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, using technology or new strategies to enhance admissions outcomes.
