Associate Professor – Fashion Design

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our Fashion Design department as an Associate Professor. The ideal candidate will contribute to academic leadership, teaching, student mentoring, and departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic calendars and semester teaching plans.
• Deliver core and elective modules and provide academic support to senior faculty.
• Maintain departmental documentation, including lesson plans, meeting records, and reports.
• Coordinate with visiting faculty and external jury members for academic reviews and activities.
• Organize and supervise student engagements such as workshops, industrial visits, and competitions.
• Track student progress, maintain evaluation records, and update self-assessment reports.
• Support student placements, internships, and graduation project coordination.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with academic planning and student evaluation methods.
