The Associate Professor will lead lectures, guide research, and mentor students in their field of specialization. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, assessing student performance, conducting research, publishing scholarly work, and contributing to the institution’s academic community. Additionally, the role involves engaging in faculty committees and promoting academic excellence through innovation and collaboration. Qualifications A strong academic background with expertise in the candidate's area of specialization Proven teaching experience with excellent instructional and mentoring skills Research proficiency, including publishing in peer-reviewed journals and participating in academic conferences Ability to design and deliver engaging course materials and assessments Strong communication and collaborative skills for interaction with students, faculty, and staff Ph.D. in the relevant field is preferred; a master’s degree with significant teaching and research experience may be considered Administrative and leadership skills, as well as experience on academic committees, are advantageous
