Performance Marketing & Growth Strategist

DOT School of Design is seeking a Performance Marketing & Growth Strategist to drive lead generation, optimize digital campaigns, and scale our brand visibility across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in paid ads, search engine optimization, and funnel building—with a strong focus on ROI, data, and creative testing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor performance metrics and tweak campaigns for maximum ROI and lower CPA.

SEO & Organic Growth:

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with content and faculty team to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

Funnel Strategy & Lead Generation:

• Build and manage marketing funnels from awareness to conversion using tools like ClickFunnels, LeadPages, or similar.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and report weekly/monthly performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools.
• Make data-driven decisions and present insights to the marketing or leadership team.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in running performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google with solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, user journeys, and CRO.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other ad platforms/tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
