Senior Video Editor

DOT School of Design is looking for a Senior Video Editor who brings storytelling to life — someone with a sharp eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a strong technical grip on both long-form and short-form content. You'll work closely with our marketing and branding teams to create engaging video content across platforms that captures our brand’s vision and voice. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and deliver high-quality video content including YouTube videos, short reels, ads, and campaign films.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand briefs and conceptualize engaging narratives.
• Create visually compelling video edits with transitions, motion graphics, and pacing suited for digital platforms.
• Optimize video content for various social platforms and devices (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all video materials.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide creative input in planning and pre-production stages.
• Assist in basic videography and lighting setups when required.

What You’ll Need:

• 4–6 years of professional video editing experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience in motion graphics, videography, lighting setups, and exposure to Photoshop and Illustrator are strong advantages.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Prior experience working within marketing or branding teams (not just freelance projects).
