About the Role:

Business Development Executive (Field Sales)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to

    medical colleges (PG & UG)

    on a daily basis.
  • Present and promote the company’s products and services to

    students and doctors

    .
  • Drive key performance metrics such as

    app downloads, sign-ups, lead generation, and conversions

    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and institutional partners.
  • Meet with clients to conduct

    in-person presentations, demos, and deal closures

    .
  • Participate in

    industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities

    to identify and engage new prospects.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • 6 months to 2 years

      of experience in

      field sales

      , preferably in

      EdTech, Healthcare, or Education services

      .
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent

      communication, negotiation, and presentation

      skills.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads and field activities effectively.
    • Bachelor’s degree in

      Business, Marketing, or a related field

      .
    • Willingness to

      travel extensively

      for client meetings and college visits.
