• Franchise Development:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners.
• Develop proposals, conduct negotiations, and manage end-to-end franchise acquisition.
• Monitor franchise performance and ensure adherence to brand standards.

• E-Commerce & Quick Commerce:

• Build and manage partnerships with e-commerce platforms and quick commerce players.
• Design and implement strategies to optimize sales and visibility on online platforms.
• Track channel performance, analyze data, and recommend growth strategies.

• Business Strategy & Growth:

• Explore new business models and revenue streams outside of physical stores.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Create business development plans and deliver on defined KPIs.

• Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and aggregators.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in F&B, retail, or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of franchise models, e-commerce operations, and quick commerce ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and deliver results.

• Number of new franchise sign-ups and revenue generated.
• Growth in e-commerce and quick commerce sales.
• Market penetration and brand presence beyond physical stores.
• Partner satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
