Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying opportunities for business growth, developing strong relationships with clients, and creating strategies to expand market presence. Other responsibilities include conducting competitive market analysis, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and preparing proposals or presentations for prospective customers. The role requires working closely with internal teams to meet targets and deliver outstanding service to clients.

• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Expertise in market analysis, competitive research, and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and drive business growth initiatives
• Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, telecom, or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and technology solutions is a plus
