Job Description

BDM is responsible Office Supervisor, is in charge of running an office or department of a company. Their duties include managing the office budget, dealing with staff issues and establishing and maintaining policies and procedures. Promoting courses and educational programs by visiting already scheduled schools and colleges, conducting orientation classes and engaging with students. The role involves effective communication of course benefits, building relationship with key educational stakeholders and driving enrolment growth through strategic marketing efforts. Responsibilities and Duties Helping establish and maintain office procedures Assisting senior management team when needed Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date Scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Processing invoices and managing office budgets. organising induction programmes for new employees Conduct College workshops/Presentations and handle technical interaction sessions Orientation classes, Relationship building, Student Engagement Organising company events and conferences Verbal and written communication ability Must have good convincing skill Ready to work target based Self motivated and enthusiastic Ready to travel and meet students parents and teachers Follow up with all leads by call ,mail, direct interaction Communication with team members Prepare lead log and submit to manager weekly base Manage the lead generate from social media Implementing new marking strategies Daily reporting to managers about the activities Attend weekly performance meeting with manager Required Qualifications Associate degree required or Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience Minimum 2+ years of work experience in relevant field. Business development: 1 year (Preferred) Software knowledge Microsoft office 360 application Skills Required Well groomed Self-starter pro-active Excellent communication skills Team player Ready to adapt remote work setting Benefits Flexible schedule Commission pay Laptop Travel remuneration
