Business Development Manager – Cross-Border eCommerce

We provide end-to-end services including marketplace onboarding, Merchant of Record (MoR) models, international shipping, compliance, and foreign payment settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with Indian sellers, brands, and distributors looking to expand internationally
• Pitch our end-to-end cross-border solutions, including MoR, logistics, and payment support
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential clients from across India
• Onboard clients and coordinate with internal teams for smooth activation
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Attend relevant industry events, expos, and networking forums to build visibility

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ yrs) in eCommerce sales, preferably with an eCommerce agency, marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), or SaaS company
• Strong understanding of how Indian sellers operate and the challenges of global selling
• Wide network of seller communities, D2C brands, and regional distributors
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in consultative selling
