Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to establish new corporate partnerships for executive education and training programs.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients and continuously explore new business opportunities.
  • Identify, pitch, and close B2B opportunities for customized learning solutions, certificate programs, and executive development courses.
  • Manage end-to-end business development lifecycle, from prospecting to closure and account growth.
  • Work closely with academic and program teams to align offerings with industry requirements.
  • Ensure revenue generation through effective negotiations, client retention, and repeat engagements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development performance metrics.
  • Should be a multi-tasker and can manage both B2B & B2C in case of CEP courses


Desired Experience/Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably in the EdTech / Executive Education sector.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and B2B client conversions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Positive, proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
