Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead sales growth by targeting corporate clients, institutional buyers, and HoReCa businesses (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a track record of closing high-value deals.

Job Description:

• Drive B2B sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote Chayam Tea products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, and cafés to understand their needs and preferences.
• Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with client interactions and progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• B2B sales: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
