Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development activities for

    IT Products and Services

    in the US market.
  • Identify, qualify, and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end

    sales cycle

    from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to align client requirements with business solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities to support business planning.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and client communication.
  • Work in alignment with

    US EST shift timings

    for real-time client interaction.
  • Exposure to

    US Staffing sales/recruitment solutions

    will be a plus (not mandatory).
  • Experience with

    Digital Marketing strategies

    to support lead generation and brand visibility will be an added advantage.
