Key Responsibilities: 

1. Lead and inspire a team to achieve (and exceed) monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Generate high-quality leads through personal contacts, industry networks, and client referrals.

3. Develop creative sales strategies that make the competition wonder what’s in your coffee.

4. Maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and channel partners.

5. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead.

6. Ensure clients enjoy a seamless journey from first interaction to property handover.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

3+ years of experience in marketing with at least 1 years in a managerial role.

Not Prior experience in real estate marketing. Other segment experience also allowed.

Excellent leadership, and communication skills.
