Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and client meetings to drive revenue growth. Manage key accounts by providing exceptional service, identifying staffing needs, and negotiating contracts. Identify market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and sales management decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, conduct market research, and analyze data for informed decision-making. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in recruitment consulting or a related field (permanent staffing). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization). Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention through excellent communication skills.
