About the Role:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, retail store launches, roadshows, canter promotions, and wall branding.
Build and nurture strong client relationships — from first contact to long-term partnerships.
Develop customized marketing and activation proposals aligned with client objectives
Collaborate closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
Lead client presentations, budgeting, and negotiation processes.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging business avenues.
Achieve revenue targets through proactive lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5 to 10 years of proven experience in Business Development within the Experiential Marketing / Events / Activation industry.
Strong client network and understanding of on-ground marketing operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and deliver under pressure.
A self-starter with a growth-driven mindset and a passion for brand experiences.
