Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship management for Bluth Services Finance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, approaching potential clients, and building long-term partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and India.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in financial consulting and renewable project financing.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard new clients for financial reporting, ESG, and advisory services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with CFOs, finance heads, and business owners.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal finance and technical teams to tailor client solutions.
• Track leads, manage the sales funnel, and meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
• Represent Bluth Services Finance at professional and industry events (online and offline).
• Generate partnerships with investors, NBFCs, and renewable energy firms for financing collaborations.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CA / ACCA / MBA / CFA preferred).
• 3–8 years of experience in financial consulting, audit firms, NBFCs, or professional services sales.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or ESG frameworks is an advantage.
• Proven experience in B2B client acquisition or business development roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English required; German/French a plus).
