As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities across enterprise clients, startups, and global platforms. This includes understanding client workflows, industry demands, and business challenges where AI consulting adds value. You will also build strategic partnerships, explore seed funding opportunities, and strengthen Blubridges community presence.
- Establish Blubridges presence in AI/tech communities, LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack/Discord research groups.
- Represent Blubridge at conferences, webinars, and industry forums.
- Build case studies, success stories, and consulting playbooks to showcase our impact.
- Identify and pursue AI consulting opportunities across industries (finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, etc.).
- Engage with businesses to map workflows, pain points, and AI adoption potential.
- Create structured proposals on how Blubridge can deliver ROI-driven AI consulting services (from pilot projects to long-term transformation).
- Explore global platforms (Upwork, Toptal, Fiverr Enterprise, etc.) for securing international projects.
- Build partnerships with technology OEMs, universities, incubators, and research communities.
- Drive collaborations with startups, VCs, and innovation hubs for joint AI initiatives.
- Scout and evaluate seed funding opportunities that align with Blubridge’s consulting and R&D roadmap.
- Recent graduate in Business, Management, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in AI, consulting, and business development.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Curious, research-oriented mindset with ability to learn fast.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, research tools, and online platforms.
- Internship or project experience in business development, consulting, or startups.
- Knowledge of AI/Tech ecosystem.
- Exposure to freelance/consulting platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
- Work at the intersection of deep research and applied consulting.
- Collaborative, research-driven, and growth-oriented culture.
