Koby's is hiring for The Business Development Manager (F&B) responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's caf.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Expansion

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for caf and restaurant expansion in line with company strategy.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demographic studies to determine potential areas for new outlet openings.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and expansion plans to senior management.

2. Real Estate & Site Acquisition

  • Scout, identify, and secure suitable locations for new caf openings based on target market and brand positioning.
  • Manage relationships with real estate agents, developers, and landlords.
  • Lead site inspections, evaluate location viability, and negotiate lease terms and rental rates.

3. Project Management & Interior Execution

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop layout plans and interior concepts aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for each new outlet opening.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of fit-out works prior to opening.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance departments to ensure smooth pre-opening preparation and handover.
  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and vendors for permits and licensing requirements.
  • Build long-term partnerships with landlords and key stakeholders to support sustainable expansion.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and KPIs related to expansion targets.
  • Prepare progress reports and post-opening performance analyses.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize site selection and development processes for efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or expansion within the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws, leasing processes, and commercial property management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
