Company - The World of Stones Pvt Ltd https://worldofstones.in/ * Location - Delhi Plot no 139, Moment building, Opp metro pillar 10, near Sultanpur metro station, MG Road, New Delhi - 110030 Role Purpose : A well-presented, credible and professional person who is required to achieve and exceed sales targets in the area of Home Improvement industry by providing an excellent service to both trade (Architects/Interior Designers) and retail customers. Principle Accountabilities : - Presentation of the products and to achieve/exceed sales targets - Co-ordinate with interior designers and architects to ensure the optimum sales - Identify new market potential - Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. - Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. - Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence. - Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business. - Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members - To play important role in product management and launch of new products - To explore and tap new geographical market for company - To establish company in project and institutional segment and to add new clients based on his/her back ground and experience. Requirements : - Preference to candidates with Experience in Home Improvement Industry - Existing relationships with Architects / Interior Designers. - Strong decision making and problem-solving ability. - Good Personality and Excellent Communication Skills - Qualification: MBA (Sales & Marketing) - Relevant Industry Knowledge. - An appetite to overachieve. - The ideal candidate should be high on initiatives, passionate, detail-oriented, quick learner, ability to manage internal and external relationships, work with cross-functional team.
