Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in education sales to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing , ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and field visits.
• Identify potential students and convert them into customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist clients in course selection, counselling and admission.
• Collaborate with school and colleges for seminars and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years in education sales and franchise development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills: Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
