Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and lead a team of insurance agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, motivating the team, and driving business growth through team sales.

This leadership role requires strong people management skills, strategic sales planning, and a proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of insurance agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Recruit and onboard new insurance agents
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
  • High-performance team environment with strong motivation and morale.
  • Oversee daily operations of the agency.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Represent the agency at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to build business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of Experience in Insurance sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Life insurance products and sales processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a sales team.
  • GOAL Setting for Agents Team
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
